Construction

Construction has to do with the quality and type of materials used to build the condominium. Most of the Downtown Sarasota Condos are mid to high rises and are constructed by concrete block. There are a few villa type properties, and other miscellaneous units which may be stucco over frame, frame or a combination of all three.
